For a U.S. company, iHerb employs a very diverse base of people spanning many races and creeds; active team members hail from over 30 different countries. iHerb positions are regularly bench-marked to external salary surveys. If there are pay disparities, we work to address them. Regarding iHerb's recent team member survey results, the highest-rated area for the past two team member surveys (2017 and 2019) is, 'The people I work with treat me with respect.'

* CTO & Directors are trying to fool the CEO and President * Worst Engineering decisions and engineering leaders * CTO needs to do once a month Engineering huddle and hear out from other talented people and not blindly rely on his director allies * CTO and Directors skills highly poor *get a CTO from competitive e-commerce business to save your company * Engineering cannot fix basic problems iHerb has a good potential and business can increase 4 fold if they fix the middle management which is taking benefit of CEO & President. They need not rely blindly on the reasoning given by Engineering heads. If this company does not fix its Engineering it is going down the drain.. all family business which took years to build will be gone
