Pros

There are many projects going on, most of them leveraging cutting edge technologies. At iHerb, devs have the opportunity to experience working on an e-commerce with huge customer base and real time trouble shooting

Cons

Coordinations between teams are very bad, very close to nothing. Planning can be improved a lot.

Pros

Fairly clean environment; lots of overtime if you are into being a workaholic; nice to have water ator near work station since work is very fast paced.

Cons

Fast-paced; Supervisors constantly criticizing employees after the three minute walk back from breaks, especially during last break when you are the most tired in a 12 hour shift; Forced mandatory overtime, no work life balance for warehouse workers; Warehouse people treated like a piece of meat, expendable and disposable; High turnover of workers; 5 minute training on the warehouse with high expectations in productivity quotas; Irock not explained fully and not attainable for many workers; Minimum wage for warehouse workers.
