good benefits, 100% covered-medical, snacks, WFH

Cons

Founder makes decisions in the best interest of his ego and not in the best interest of the company. He attempts to scrutinize every minute detail of everything that happens in iHerb because he doesn't feel involved anymore. People don't want to include him because his poor decisions bring zero value to the company except for more unnecessary work. iHerb does well in spite of him not because of him.

* This information is for the Supply Chain Solution Side * Will learn a lot. Use the latest tools and software (DEPENDING ON TEAM) * Younger devs are always looking to have fun, go out to eat, and work together * Office is in cool location

Cons

* All the benefits I originally joined with were then removed. (Unlimited PTO, Game Room, Lunches..etc) * The upper management has zero clue what they are doing. have to redo projects handful of time and start from scratch * Everything is always due yesterday. But when you complete it, its not needed * Promotions are very much IF THEY LIKE YOU based. * Managers are rude * When i was there almost 60% of the engineering team left.

Nice to get a Paycheck for your time at the job.

Cons

I was working in the warehouse and could not deal with noise had to wear earplugs.
