Pros

Very flexible in terms of working hours as long as end client goals are met. Good salary and benefits.

Cons

While you would have access to senior leadership, your immediate manager may not surface all your achievements higher up. Career opportunity is totally dependent on customer work.

Pros

Friendly People , Good Atmosphere , Good Exposure to new technology, descent benefits and perks. Pay on time.

Cons

No major cons.One thing that could change is with respect to benefits ,Even though the team works really hard and the package is descent - the changes in carriers/policies/plans over time can be avoided.

There are no cons here. I was very happy working for them. They realized potential I had and gave me opportunity.
