The job was flexible, if you needed time off you were free to take it.

Cons

Everything. The work is boring and soulless. Most of the people in the office are pretty strange. Contractors are treated like second-class citizens, or inconveniences.

Great colleagues, upward mobility is possible, great health benefits and 401k packages, office is in amazing neighborhood

Cons

TERRIBLE at salaries. Senior management is inflexible at when someone deserves a promotion vs who is their favorites, reviews dont get you too far.
