There is not much you will learn about the industry while working here. iN Demand higher ups have a way of tearing down every idea presented by folks in middle management and below. iN Demand has tried many new initiatives to keep employees around, but the root of the problem is bad managers and an upper management who takes no time to listen and invest in the staff. I didn't do much actual work during the day while working at iN Demand, although I had coworkers who made less money than I did who had so much to do.
