The salary there is embarrassing and unfair. People who have worked there less and hardly do any work can be paid more than people who have been there longer and are more experienced. They try to make up for the low pay with parties, lunches, etc but everyone sees through it. Upper management is so disconnected from what is actually going on in the departments that they almost are unnecessary and nobody really goes to them for help. When you have any issues, there is really nowhere to turn, nobody has your back and it almost seems pointless to bring anything up because nothing will ever get done. There is a lot of gossiping too, which makes it seem more like High School instead of a professional work environment.

- Everyone except executive level is underpaid. Execs always get their bonuses, but as soon as you ask to be paid a fair amount for the work you're doing... forget it. - Company is failing. Everyone knows its just a matter of time. - CEO is a bully to put it simply. Worst experience I've had.
