      Pros

      Some of the management teams and coworkers really know their field and are wonderful people: transparent, supportive, and knowledgeable. There are really terrific people working here. Benefits package is great. The connections made and experience gained can be valuable. PTO is pretty good.

      Cons

      Severe, offensive underpayment and huge salary gaps. Top tier management can be unbelievably tone-deaf. Blame-shifting and other toxic plays are common.

      Handling exclusive content and emailing contacts from dream studios/jobs (gives some hope)

      Cons

      Fake. Hierarchy with lots of shadiness and inequality in its composition. Not sure how they determine promotions/raises buts it clear that it’s done through favoritism. Management is shady and really needs to be examined by the federal business bureau. Also, okie lack of diversity is baffling. We had to have a BLM speaker come in to educate our staff—so there’s that.
