      Pros

      The end is near.

      Cons

      Shady management, egotistical, unapproachable. Only seem to look out for themselves especially at the expense of other staff members. Constant turnover. Understaffed and underappreciated. No clear pathway toward career advancement.

      Great Culture

      Pros

      The employees are down to earth. They have barbecues in the summer. Very friendly environment. flexible hours and time off. company promotes a healthy lifestyle.

      Cons

      Technology is a bit out of date. Gap between management and staff. benefits and salary could be better. difficulties transitioning between teams. lack of documentation for the software created. support gets a lot of pressure to fix problems that could be fixed by development and management.

      Thank you for your response and your advise is something we are focused on. Please stop by any time to share your perspective with me. Also, I am confused about your comments on salaries and benefits. We recently bench marked our benefits against other tech companies in the area and ours our way better. More time off, better health care, Friday's leaving at one, higher 401k match, so your comments here I really need to understand. Also, we pay market rate for all new hires so your comments on wages are confusing as well. Stop by and enlighten me please. Tim

      Pros

      Ipipeline as a company truly cares about their people! I had a personal situation that was affecting my work and Ipipeline was flexible and empathetic to my issue, and HR went out of their way to even assist in resolving my personal situation. I am thankful for an Employer that looks out for individuals. There are issues and disgruntled people at every company out there, that's just reality, and they exist at Ipipeline, but it's up to us as employees to take on the challenge, be accountable and make an impact.

      Need more Training and additional people in PS.
