Pros

We are constantly growing and winning new customers. Sales team is great to work with, helping us expand business in our current customers. Management cares about the employees and looks for opportunities for us to help keep us interested and challenged. We are always hiring and growing and have a great on-boarding training program. Great solutions to improve the insurance industry.

Cons

Great new stuff coming in the platform. But it’s taking longer than we need. Lack of opportunities for participation at industry events.
