A great place to work. I am fully engaged and have interesting tasks. The AFFIRM division is growing. The office in a fabulous location for me. Close to Tri-Rail and I-95. Free snacks, soft drinks and coffee. In my time here, the development environment has progressed from batch files to continuous integration.

Cons

Understaffed. Learning curve to incorporate new developers is steep.

Pros

Everyone I worked with was great, easy going. The technology was making advances and folks, believe it or not ahead of many other company's.

Cons

Benefits don't come close to large companies. There was also one director that was a bad egg.
