The employees are down to earth. They have barbecues in the summer. Very friendly environment. flexible hours and time off. company promotes a healthy lifestyle.

Cons

Technology is a bit out of date. Gap between management and staff. benefits and salary could be better. difficulties transitioning between teams. lack of documentation for the software created. support gets a lot of pressure to fix problems that could be fixed by development and management.

Also, I am confused about your comments on salaries and benefits. We recently bench marked our benefits against other tech companies in the area and ours our way better. More time off, better health care, Friday's leaving at one, higher 401k match, so your comments here I really need to understand. Also, we pay market rate for all new hires so your comments on wages are confusing as well. Stop by and enlighten me please. Tim

The slow general pace of the insurance industry holds back development sometimes. Doesn't have the resources of a huge parent company.
