Great people to work with. Company is built on core values. If you are always on time, and don't give up you can move up really fast.

Cons

Can be stressful job at times but is a fast growing company. One must adapt to change.

Pros

iPipeline has been the best place I have ever worked during my career. The whole company strives towards their core values, unlike some companies who talk about them but never take action. The Cheltenham office is a fun and energetic place to work but with a very professional feel to it. Since a recent office relocation the office almost has that "startup" buzz and excitement despite many staff members working for the company for over 15 years! If anyone is ever given the opportunity to work there... take it.

Cons

There is not a lot that can be said about iPipeline that isn't positive to be completely honest. At worst the job progression may seem slow but the company are already looking to improve on this.
