      Pros

      In addition to the Corporate Benefits and perks (WFH - 20%, Fresh fruits every Monday, Office events, and others), the team at the FLL office is a very hard working one. The Management style allows you to make decisions, take actions and to learn about what you are doing. An awesome working environment where you can share knowledge and experiences with your peers.

      Cons

      Still a lot of room for improvement in different areas - We have come a long, very long way enhancing and optimizing the processes but there are a few areas we still can improve.

      Pros

      Good benefits- Free food, outdoor activities where employees can bring their families. The CEO is very likable and down to earth. Hard working people who work night in and night out to meet deadlines while helping others.

      Cons

      It didn't take long for the surrogates to attack. This is why this place is becoming so dangerous. There are hard working people who do the real work. There are the people who built the system from scratch and deserve the credits, not you. Your PowerPoint presentations may look fancy but they don't help us meet our deadlines. By painting this nice picture of your hero, you are only proving the point that you are all a bunch of surrogates and selfish people who only look out for themselves while there are others who live in fear. Fact: There will be more surrogates adding reviews for their boss.
