      It's Quite a Ride If You Like Growth

      Pros

      I've been here 7 years. Growth can be challenging, but it provided opportunities for me to experience new learnings and get my arms around some interesting and demanding work. I like it.

      Cons

      Given the growth, the company is a bit pressed for space. I understand that we are taking over another floor in the building to accommodate our expansion. We are also adding an exercise room.

      Thank you for the nice write up and pro and con comments that really reflect iPipeline. We will be taking on space, almost the entire second floor of building, and it should be available by June 1. We also adding a gym!

      Avoid at all costs

      Pros

      Individuals who work for the company are good people.The benefits are decent for the size of the organization.

      Cons

      this company operates very much like a sweatshop. Discontinuity exists in all facets of the organization. The values of the company seem to be sell product, but don't make allowances for people to exist outside work. Leadership is dishonest, and promises many things that they cannot or will not deliver on. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

      Great Company to Work For

      Pros

      Lots of freedom, autonomy, work/life balance is great most of the year and management is pretty considerate regarding personal matters. High energy atmosphere with lots of company events and celebrations.

      Cons

      Some employees are resistant to change/new ideas, and there is a lot of activity in certain departments creating a lag in communication at times.
