Pros

Great people, very good culture and the company is very focused on the employees. I read the negative comments posted in other areas and most of these posts are from former employees who frankly are very negative people or weren't very good at their jobs. The fast growth has created a lot of opportunity.

Cons

There we a lot of growing pains over the past two years but the company seems to have gotten through them and the work load has also come down.

Decent pay, great co-workers. Lots of help when you need it, you just have to ask

Cons

Not always easy to tell when you need help. Some managers appear to treat male and female employees very differently, standing up for the men and shrugging off concerns of women

Cons

Run a very lean company so expect the workload to not be realistic - you will work over 50+ hours a week.
