Immediate Management seems to genuinely care about the employees, company provides ample resources for training in all skills, whether for your current job or advancement. The company pivoted with COVID successfully, allowing employees to work remote and not requiring in person.

Cons

Pay seems below typical market value. There are still some times when employees are treated as just resources to fill a spot rather than considering actual skills required. Work/Life balance is always talked about but the only people highly rewarded are those that give up their weekends and personal time to put out fires, when those fires shouldn't have started to begin with.
