Pros

iPipeline is a brilliant place to work. I've been fortunate to have some great jobs in the past but working here is a real highlight of my working life. A perfect example of a company that lives by their values and has managed to create a welcoming and inclusive culture where opinions are listened to. A very talented bunch of individuals who work together to achieve great things. Thank you iPipeline!

Pros

Good initial progression potential. Management actively trying to improve workplace and listens to feedback from employees.

Cons

Very hard to move onto other internal projects and gain more varied experience. Compensation and benefits are below average in some roles for London.

One of our goals is to hire people who will progress their careers through iPipeline. Sometimes that happens quickly sometimes it takes a little longer. Management teams at the Canadian office and at head office are supportive of employees and definitely show their appreciation for good work. The team is great, and work well together. Work-life balance is well respected.
