In my experience iPipeline is a company which truly lives its values, a culture recognised within the leadership team and cascaded throughout. A company which puts their employees at the very heart of the business, this has been clearly demonstrated during the COVID-19 pandemic – the health and wellbeing of employees has been paramount and the company’s initiatives to make sure everyone is safe, informed and valued has been incredible.
Having worked for iPipeline for 20 years, I have enjoyed a full and rewarding career, where I have had every opportunity to progress and develop. I have held 7 varied roles during this period, and have been recognised and rewarded as an individual throughout. I have always thrived from being awarded a level of trust, accountability and support.
For a global company, there is still a huge sense of ‘team’, whether that be across the company, the UK or independent sites. Collaboration across the whole business is actively encouraged to create a real sense of knowledge sharing and working towards a common goal.
The Leadership team inspire and motivate through clear and transparent sharing of vision and targets. The Company achieves success through innovation and ‘new ideas’ are always encouraged. This leads to new challenges and exciting opportunities for those that want career progression and development.
In my opinion a primary characteristic of iPipeline is the customer centric culture. The company does everything it can to really understand how to support our customers, constantly leading the way with new and innovative solutions.
