Pros

Great people to work with, these people know how to roll their sleeves up and get things done. Great benefits. The FTL office has gone through 2 acquisitions in the last three years so it will take some time to iron everything out. Knowledgeable people in the directors seats and upper management is making a sound investment and effort to turn things around.

Cons

Until things actually get turned around the life work balance is challenging.

Thank you for your comments and by the way we have great people in our FTL office. Over the past year they have accomplished so much and should be very proud. If we need more training let the HR group know what you want and we will provide the training. We have been hiring as fast as we can and as you know finding tech talent in FTL is very hard. I do know as I write this we are about to make a couple of offers in that office. Regarding comp time, we are all professionals and if you have worked many nights and weekends in a row then take some time. Thank you for comments and your great effort. Tim

Pros

The managers are people-oriented. The company promotes a healthy lifestyle. They supply top-of-the-line laptops. Career advancement looks promising. Everyone is pretty friendly.

Cons

Communication is lacking. Benefits aren't competitive. Pay could be better. No standards when sending instant messages internally. Some managers seem out of touch.

Thank you for the comments and we do need to do a better job communicating, especially between certain departments. Please stop by and I will show you stack rankings as our benefits are in the top tier related to comparable companies in our industry so I think you need to understand better what others are providing. 50% of our employees were hired in the last two years and they all received 10% plus increases over their previous jobs. We pay our employees at market rates and provide great opportunities for advancement. We should talk about your comments on pay and benefits. Stop in some time. Tim

Pros

- People! - Culture - Opportunity - Management - Did I say people? They really try hard to bring in top notch folks that can grow with and help grow the company. - CEO is a caring, real human being. Down to earth. Yes, he demands a lot, but he also cares deeply about the good people that work under him. - CSO is a character but has wonderfully creative ideas. Just what you'd expect. :)

Cons

- Not all office locations/departments are created equal. Perception is that some locations/departments are much more desirable than others. - Health benefits are trickier than what I'm used to. Perhaps that's just the trend. iPipeline does a great job in helping to offset the challenges, though.
