Pros

Coworkers below director/VP level seem to be the only ones that care and also the only ones doing any meaningful work.

Cons

The executive team and/or our new CEO are paying for fake postive Glassdoor reviews with generic corporate word-vomit, which only worsens the company's image. (hopefully these get removed) iPipeline used to be a supportive, family-like environment, but the new leadership prioritizes their egos, wallets, numbers and business relationships over employee well-being. The office culture has become depressing, forced, and overly corporate. The new CEO is selfish, disconnected, indifferent to employees, clings to outdated ideas, and resists modern policies. Promised salary adjustments and promotions have been minimal, and regular raises to cover inflation have not occurred frequently, or at all in the last ~2 years. Most positions below director/VP level are severely underpaid, with some former employees doubling their salaries when taking opportunities elsewhere. Work from home flexibility has been largely revoked, with employees being let go after requesting assistance or flexibility. WFH policies are inconsistent, favoring remote employees while forcing those near an office to commute. New employees no longer receive WFH equipment despite being allowed to work from home three days a week. Work-life balance was already rough but it continues to get worse. Employee appreciation has diminished to token gestures like pizza parties and ice cream, which feels insulting. Despite leadership's claims of the company's success, employees have seen no benefits. Instead, they face increased commute times, childcare issues, personal and mental health challenges, in-office distractions, an abysmal work environment and additional work due to unfilled positions. iPipeline does not care about its employees and it becomes more and more obvious with every company announcement or town hall meeting. There is enough evidence, research and statistics that prove taking care of your employees, providing better resources and improving work-life balance leads to success, Why are we not following by these examples? Employees are angry, overworked, underpaid, unappreciated, and tired of leadership's indifference and lack of transparency. This company is doomed to fail if your employees dont trust you.

Pros

Most of my coworkers were so nice and genuine. They always loved to help answer questions and help where they can. Management was the problem.

Cons

My time at iPipeline was marked by poor management, inadequate communication, and unrealistic expectations. The company's feedback system seemed to lack consistency, leaving me feeling undervalued. Despite putting in overtime and working diligently, my efforts were rarely acknowledged. The promise of work-life balance was far from reality. To add insult to injury, I was let go just two weeks before my due date during my pregnancy. The lack of understanding and appreciation from management made my experience here disheartening and stressful.
