Demotivating company(Florida office) to work for. Stay away if you are a professional who is honest about your work ,hard working and a passionate professional.

I would really like to know what demotivates you. We have invested significantly in Fort Lauderdale and all of our other employees are telling me the office has really turned for the better, work alignment is moving in the right direction and people are excited about moving forward. You are obviously not in agreement and not happy. Please come talk to me. Tim

Pros

Individuals who work for the company are good people. The benefits are decent for the size of the organization.

Cons

this company operates very much like a sweatshop. Discontinuity exists in all facets of the organization. The values of the company seem to be sell product, but don't make allowances for people to exist outside work. Leadership is dishonest, and promises many things that they cannot or will not deliver on. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

I would really like to talk with you about your strong negative opinions and help us make iPipeline a better place to work. We work very hard to provide all kinds of employee benefits that are above the bench marking we do of other companies in the market place. We value transparency as a core value and your comments about dishonesty are very upsetting to me. I would very much welcome a one on one dialog with you to learn how we can improve. Tim

Pros

My direct team has incredible people that genuinely care about me and my progress, and are more worried about individual well-being than making sure you are productive. Which, inevitably, leads to being more productive.

Cons

Corporate and the "Higher-Ups" are completely disconnected from their workers. They preach things like self-care and work/life balance, but then reward those that work overtime or spend their personal time helping the business. They also often talk about things that they are able to do or have without realizing that they are the only ones that can do those things because they make so much money and 90% of their employees aren't able to. I reached out to someone in upper management (Which they say they strongly encourage) about an idea I had to help improve moral while we were working at home, and I was literally laughed at and dismissed. I wasn't being unreasonable or even asking for much, but it was very telling that they didn't even take it seriously and instead mocked me for making the suggestion. And I mean literally. I think the best example of how disconnected they are is when they have "Employee Appreciation Month." For this "Month" of "Employee Appreciation", one year they gave us one day of paid time off, which was great, but that was all they did. We didn't hear a single word about anything else they were doing to appreciate us other than a Thank You at the end of the month. The next year they sent out an email announcing Employee Appreciation Month that said they wanted to start it with a “Simple thank you”, and then we didn’t hear another thing about it for the rest of the month. This company talks really big but fall flat almost all of the time. They are stuck in the 90's with how they treat their employees and the benefits they give. For example, up until May of 2022 they didn’t offer any parental leave, at all. You had to use vacation or just not get paid. Then they made a big deal about announcing a new Parental Leave Program, and when they announced it, it was only 2 weeks. They are losing some of their best employees, particularly engineers, because they aren't staying up with the industry standards on how to take care of your employees. To sum it up, they truly do not care about their employees as actual people. They only care about the bottom line and will treat you like dirt to hit their goals.
