It was a paycheck for most of the people who worked there.

Cons

They did not value ambition or drive. They never wanted new ideas presented. Their turnover rate was high because of this. My last year was 2019, not 2022.

Management is absolutely bad in terms of planning. Hire and fire. They hire you make you "urgently" do stuff and then lay off! People working in call center are called "heads" as if they r not human. Worst company I've ever worked with. Run If you like job security.
