      Pros

      good job to have while going to college, after that move on. pays enough to eke out some level of comfort as a student. management always encourages you to perform and pays for the amount collected.

      Cons

      This is debt collections. Do I have to say anymore? Folks who have defaulted on their debt obligations do not always respond nicely. Be prepared to learn how to handle sensitive issues with debtors.
