      Pros

      A job that is simple to be good at if you want to be, decent coworkers and management. For the work the pay and bonuses are pretty good. They are good at being flexible or giving time off as long as you give notice, make your goals, and make up your time or have the PTO for it.

      Cons

      It's a job, not a career, for me. You don't get benefits until you're promoted to agent, which will depend on openings but probably won't happen for at least 6 months (despite consistently making my goals I've been here 5 months and I know that I won't be promoted anytime soon; a coworker exceeds her goal by almost twice and hasn't been promoted after over a year). Depending on the team, people can be really competitive and nasty and you have to deal with rude people on the phones so the job can wear on you after awhile.
