Pros

Easy quick to get job if in a pinch for money. Not much else.

Cons

IQor is a 3rd party collections company and handles call services for various companies to include SPRINT customer service. They treat their employees like off the street criminals with electronic leashes and question everything you do. Even they don't like the 'tone' of your voice they will suspended (as they did with me) or terminate you. They take whoever they can get to work for them and once you start getting raises and promotions you get on their watch list for termination. They will make up any excuse to fire you. Heed the warning. Use the job's training program to get a quick paycheck since they rarely fire anyone in training then bail on them once you find a secure job.
