      Pros

      Grew quickly through the ranks from collector and ultimately to the executive level.

      Cons

      Slave-like hours for management. Lack of support (financial and moral) when relocating for the organization.

      Pros

      Good Work/life balance. Employees and colleagues are very friendly and Helpful. Many potlucks now and then. Its a usual 40 hour job per week with additional hours at a higher pay rate after 48 hours.

      Cons

      As a collector its part of the job to get harassed by the customers frequently, but you get used to it after a point.

      Supervisor get a lot of creative rights to how to perform their job.

      Once you are hired on for a specific shift, it's almost impossible to change to another one
