Pros

co-workers are great, lots of training, pay is ok for the area, incentive paid by some clients (not iqor)

Cons

They change metrics often, and sometimes without telling you! Lack of incentives. They took away a lot of incentives and change the metrics so often it was hard to know how well (or not well) you were doing. In the years that I worked there they took away shift differential, a bonus system, vacation hours, and changed the bonus structure so much it was impossible to make a decent bonus.

Pros

Work is seemly easy until you realize your goals. Team managers actually care about the people that work under them.

Cons

You are almost set up for failure due to nearly impossible goals, management that is not directly involved with employees cares more about their client (directv or cap one) than employees, pay is better than dial america; but not by much.

Unprofessional and Very disorganized environment

Pros

Low management expectations for people who want to coast in the workplace and get paid (not sure if that is a pro for a successful business) but can be a pro for an employee trying to get by on a company

Cons

This is the cheapest and most disorganized company you could ever work for. They have no coffee in their break room, no place for employees to eat on site (majority of the employees is public transportation, incentives are rare and the environment and culture is horrible), They claim they provide bonuses and pay increases but that is a lie . If you are a top performer, the constantly move you into new roles to pretend as though you are being "promoted " but in actuality they are removing you from being in the top ranks of your work group before raises/bonuses have to be allocated so that you don't get one. This is just one example of how they facilitate methods to get over on their employees.
