      Great agents good avp's. Good hours

      African Americans can not advance at this company System is terrible They only hold avp and agents accountable for poor performance and not vp's and above. Executives are out of the loop of front line. svp's discriminate and harass

      The title of AVP is usful for a better job along the way

      Cons

      System issues- The worst I have ever encountered- employees can manipulate the computer to cause problems and management will not know unless they babysit them Very little power as an AVP A culture of agents that go straight up the ladder if they do not like your answer- an open door policy is great but this is crazy
