      Pros

      Salary and benefits are above average, office conditions are very attractive. Infrastructure and subject matter experts are superb.

      Cons

      Sales bonus plan is only a promise. Mgmt purposly generates conflict of interests by not having clear client ownership, promotes hostile behavior. Decisions are based on old relationships. Leadership style if any, is very old fashioned, by power. Zero coatching and team work. Challenges in the global sales team will determine the future of the company, unfortunately incl great efforts/ achievements of operations.
