Pros
It was a company where you can learn real customer service even thought it was a call centre. It helped me improving listening skills, addressing the issue, getting the issue to be resolved. Also it gave me the opportunity to discuss the weakness and to participate our thoughts. In the group meeting, every one was given the chance to speak and tell how the weaknesses can be overcome. It was fun working with this company as it also taught us how to adjust and learn new techniques implemented by the company.
Cons
The company started working from home and got the concept of WAH which effected the performance due to lack of support and most of the good agents were unable to give the same result as it was at the centre. The company also closed down other campaign and lost most of the business which resulted them to shift to Charlotte. We got stagnated to same salary and more of work load.
