Pros
Easy to get a job and pay is really pretty good. Most people in my dept were cool and easy to get along with. Overtime sometimes. Hours are awesome! They run alot of contests for motivation. They do take pretty good care of employees. If you are fine going in, working and then going home...it's not a bad job at all.
Cons
Insurance is crazy so you have to look elsewhere. No retirement benefits. Very unorganized. Things literally change every month or 2. Dirty. They monitor your every move, every second of the day. Cannot have anything at your desk...i mean at your spot at the table. No cube or place to keep anything, other than your locker. Phone system is pretty bad. Cannot have cell phone at your desk. They change comp plans so often you cant figure out how to hit goal. When you do, they will change it again just so you cant hit goal. My biggest complaint was it seemed so unorganized and the constant change. You dont know if something is going to work after only a month or 2 of doing it. Do as I say, not as I do company. You can't wear jeans or tennis shoes unless you pay $2/day or $30/mo, then you can wear jeans. HOWEVER, that money does go back to the employees to but things for contests, parties, etc. That money could also go to an employee going through a sever issue. For example, if someone has a family member who is extremely sick, someone loses there house in a fire and things like that. Supervisors wear jeans almost everyday but I don't know if they pay or not.
