Honestly I can't name a single thing I enjoyed in my time at Iqor, they have a cool business concept and in theory it sounds like it would work, however practice is a whole other story.

Cons

Work-life balance is non existent. I had a scheduling conflict arise and needed a different schedule, they refused to work with me or provide a different schedule, even though others were clearly available. The schedule I needed was reserved for 'the best'.
