If you are preparing to work at Irhythm then expect to be extremely overworked. Most of the time you will be assigned more work than you will be capable of completing. If you inform management of this it will simply go in one ear and out the other. It can also be very difficult to get any help or assistance from other colleagues. When you ask for help most of the employees will make no effort to help you. On top of that, management does not provide any type of training for new employees. Some of the employees can also be very rude and passive aggressive. So my advice, if you have other opportunities of employment, I strongly recommend you consider one of those instead.

Productivity is a concern for many who don’t like a productivity based evaluation of work. The job is very much revolved around metrics of quality and productivity. Not a good fit for some people. Sometimes getting time approved off is a challenge, but usually if you give 30+ days notice, it isn’t a problem for PTO.
