      Pros

      Great people to work with, great support from leadership. Everyone genuinely cares about your answer/ question/ overall well-being in all aspects of life. You would feel included in any company wide all hands meeting or happy hour event (Of course not when we were forced to WFH, but before everyone had to Shelter In Place)

      Not much that I would speak of. You really do feel included, regardless of the department you worked for. EVERYONE welcomed you.

      Cons

      I really had the worst manager.. everyone else at the company worshiped there manager so I had high expectations... no no my coach and manger micro managed bad... I often felt like they made up stuff I messed up on to feel better about themselves... please run from this company. They like to babysit.
