Leadership Conflicts Lead to Awful Consequences

Pros

iRhythm is a digital healthcare company that creates trusted solutions that detect, predict, and prevent disease. It combines wearable biosensors and cloud-based data analytics smartly.

Cons

There were terrible conflicts among the leadership. They argued over little things and took an awful lot of time to make decisions. Their poor decision making capabilities led to horrible consequences and chaotic situations. Employees were stressed due to their poor behavior and slow pace of things. It was ridiculous.

Transparency?

Pros

Great market leader potential for the scope of product and services they provide.

Cons

Leadership through the VP level, including some managers and directors need to recognize their employees aren't dumb. More respect and understanding will be gained with more honest transparency. Unlike the Johnson and Johnson Credo, which states "Our final responsibility is to our stockholders. Business must make a sound profit." iRhythm hides behind and repeats the cliché of putting patients and employees first, when what is meant is, profit and self gains. With the recent departures, forced or self motivated ask yourself, "does the words match the actions?" I am sure the new San Diego office will be amazing.
