Decent pay, good product and growing market

Cons

Too much cult like behaviors. The CEO is doing a good job of getting rid of the dead wood that did not provide any value and got into positions based on relationships vs value. However he's replacing them with his boys, so you're trading one batch for another batch. Also if you want to move upward you need luck or to be in very specific departments who can push through a promo. Otherwise career growth is limited because it's who knows who and there is no structure.

Frees snacks and lunch every friday Very easy with dinosaur technology. no brains or skills required.

*Cypress Site 1st shift experience •AT WILL EMPLOYEES ONLY Employees can be fired for no reason with no notice. •Horrible onboarding process. Not clear and not explained well the secratary does it. And is rude and not friendly. •floor managers are unorganized and make you feel very uncomfortable. Very power trippy. •Management treat line workers like less than or we owe them something. •very confusing for new hires too many people in charge. •can't take lunch or breaks at legal California times. Only when they want you to. •must be machine fast in order to say at this company. •only build and package at company can get very boring. •HORRIBLE ergonomics. Employee health and safety definitely not a priority. •daily jobs not equally shared, employees who have worked there for a long time never do the side jobs. •ALOT of favoritism. •scheduled for 630am to 3pm but wont let you go home till line is finished. So you go home at 530pm. •No clear work schedule. THIS JOB WILL RUIN YOUR WRIST AND HAND MOVEMENT.
