Pros

Fantastic technology becoming standard of care, great people to work with, base salary competitive in the industry, reimbursement landscape improving.

Cons

Benefit package is terrible. Commission structure is unfair. Billing model is disastrous - patients are balance billed and many practices stopped using iRhythm service when they realized it was a money-losing proposition.

Pros

There are no pros left. If you see a 5 review, know that was probably given from high upper management or someone was asked to leave a positive review. Since Quentin and his buddy Merv came on board, there have been more layoffs and firings than ever before.

Cons

The end goal is to outsource the majority of the jobs so that upper management- CEO, board of directors, etc can make more money. Corporate greed at it’s finest.

Pros

There are some gems in this company who are really working hard to make this a better place to work. I hope they are recognized and promoted. I really enjoy the new people they’ve hired and seem to be going in a good direction.

Cons

The employees that have been around for a while are egotistical, demeaning, and rude. There’s a serious ego complex and they continuously talk down to people around them.
