Pros

I personally had a great team manager, lead and team in general. The pay and first few months were great.

Cons

Pay wasn't reflected when expectations were raised, especially towards the end of the year, which had mandatory overtime to meet goals. People would grade your scans and they all seemed to have different interpretations.

Good Product, Questionable Management

Pros

Legit medical device with positive impact on patients. Company has a good market opportunity. Finally starting international expansion.

Cons

Management doesn't set realistic goals, frequently initiating too many projects drawing on the same resources. The Quality Management system is a mess. Commitment to diversity equity and inclusion is questionable at best. Frequent layoffs.

Excellent pay and benefits, but that's about it

Cons

HR (a majorly bloated part of the org. Could and should reduce headcount here by 30-40%) pushing employees for positive reviews to fight the negative reviews with very real concerns. "Fast-paced" more like snail-pace. Execution on introducing new products/features beyond slow.
