My experience has been amazing here. The people I work with are some of the best and brightest, but also the most caring and supportive. It is a fast-paced environment, but that is what I like as it is never boring and there are always opportunities to stretch yourself. I personally have grown so much in my time here. I do work hard but I love what I do and am recognized for it, so it is very rewarding. I love the ability to work remotely! This has been huge benefit for me as a working mom. So much of my quality time with my family was previously wasted in a car. I am so grateful to know I get that time back with my family. The leadership team is invested in our personal success as well as the organization. The pay and benefits are fantastic and there is a strong focus on wellness. Our product and service can truly change the lives of patients for the better, and this gives me a sense of purpose in what I do every day.

Cons

This is not a con for me personally, but I noticed a lot of comments about the pace of change. Change is evitable and I don't know any organizations that don't experience change. In my opinion, we have a lot of things that are changing for the better and that is exciting.

Upper Management is clueless

Good pay and decent benefits.

Cons

Ridiculously fast-paced and acting like a startup. Upper management is clueless as to what happens or is truly needed to make things move fast. Upper management is unwilling to actually have the training for the thugs they are trying to push so they have a half-baked solution that doesn’t work and they don’t listen. While they claim “Solve for the patient”, it’s really “make the shareholders happy”

Working at iRhythm has been one of the most positive professional experiences I’ve had. I’m given the freedom to be creative in my work and encouraged to think big, ask questions, and contribute to high-level strategies. Leadership at all levels is incredibly supportive and approachable. My direct leader and their leader both genuinely care about the team and create an environment where it's easy to communicate, collaborate, and grow. One of the standout aspects of working here is the strong work-life balance. I feel trusted to manage my time and responsibilities effectively, which helps me stay energized and productive. There’s also a healthy culture of continuous improvement. We’re encouraged to question past decisions and suggest changes—especially when backed by data and thoughtful reasoning. It’s a place where collaboration and innovation go hand-in-hand.

Cons

Honestly, no major cons to share from my experience. Like any company, there are challenges, but they’re typically met with openness and a willingness to improve.
