Sales managers terrible- lack of skill, awareness, and ethics. Terrible for middle aged or older workers- They purge older workers (especially in sales) after they leverage their relationships. Company had EEOC cases against them for terminating older and disabled workers. Settled other cases out of court. Nepotism is ok here.

Burnout central, rewarded with more workload, task and duties with no additional pay, but if you're lucky you may get a pat on the back. All the good management have been let go through layoffs or they end up leaving. Yet, the toxic leaders manage to stay on board, which has caused the company culture to become corrupted. There is a high turnover rate now, because management cares about numbers more than people. Fake motivation to keep us on the hamster wheel to produce more work while being short-staff and underpaid.
