iRhythm Technologies has too many immature and ineffective people in its leadership. Many of our managers here are mentally and do not have the required level of maturity to professionally tackle criticism and problems in the workplace. Most of us here are mistreated and verbally abused by these terrible managers.

Flexible time options, good pay and benefits.

Cons

The leadership is a group of entitled, immature, self-serving individuals. They are all friends from past professional life who are patting each other’s back. So many poor decisions in recent year . See recent case where they publicly disclosed the parting gift for the CFO. When you are not profitable how is this being approved? The investors are ripping the company publicly on yahoo forums. The investors are leaving this ship. DEI is a joke, HR and Finance are the weakest that I’ve every worked with.
