Pros

You can work from home.

Cons

Company pretends to be all about patient care. Managers, Supervisors, Leads, and anyone above them all pretend that "patient first" is their main concern. In reality, they only care about hitting productivity quotas. They give you less than a half hour to focus on each patient, anymore time and you will not hit your quota. You can do the highest quality work all day/month/year, but if you're productivity is down, watch out.

Pros

Provide frequent feedback on employee performance. Double-time pay for some Holidays.

Cons

Untrained, mid-level supervisors who don't understand how to communicate with and motivate employees. Zero trust in employees. If you have to spend more than 15 minutes away from the job, you better have proof-positive of why you need to leave early, are coming in a little late, or--God Forbid--take a day off for illness or family emergency. Speaking of, its virtually impossible to take planned PTO as well. They do things that don't make sense like ask people to work overtime and then send everyone home early or start late the very next day because there aren't enough EKGs to monitor. They are a fairly immature company in terms of leadership and communication of Company vision. However, they have a long way to go.
