Multiple Company Wide Layoffs

The design team is absolutely amazing. I had one of the best managers in my design team and co-workers.

Cons

The company had multiple org changes and company layoffs. We went from a 20 people research/design team to a 10 person team to a 5 person team. The new leadership is not the best for iRhythm and they try to hide the total amount of people they are laying off within the company.

Cons

Pay sucks for the amount of work that's required Management is a joke and so out of touch with employees You might make it a year here before burnout sets in, a PIP will follow and then you get fired.
