Pros

The people are the best. The culture is very supportive and collaborative. The teams mobilize and everyone pitches in to help when needed. Team members are incredibly intelligent and innovative. Salary and benefits are above industry standards.

Cons

Continued challenges with poor leadership at the C level. Company has not been profitable - negative EBITDA - in the last four years. Continued issues with FDA warning letters, legal issues with DOJ investigation, lawsuits. Irhythm is essentially a single product, single service, single market company that doesn’t make money. An attempt at an international launch has stalled and has been largely abandoned. None of that points to a sustainable future. I would not be surprised if the company were acquired and sold for parts in the next 12 months.

Remote work is good Offices are ok Many of the staff are hard working and experienced

Cons

Burnout, Work-Life Balance Rushed, unrealistic goals causing many quality issues ELT have zero loyalty to anyone. Everyone is disposable leading to complete loss of trust.
