Excellent working and support environment with an evident philosophy of learning and development. Extremely generous with an open-door policy across the board. The feeling of nurture makes you feel at home all the time.

The company offers competitive compensation and benefits, along with a strong emphasis on work-life balance. Leadership is supportive, approachable, and fosters a positive working environment.

Cons

Working hours are aligned with U.S. time zones, which means night shifts are required. While this is expected and communicated, it can still be challenging to maintain long-term. The role also requires availability during clients’ working hours and responsiveness when they need support. Although there is some flexibility, and early time off can be arranged through communication, it still demands a high level of schedule commitment.
