Advantages of working for a small company but also a outlook of a billion dollar firm Chances of going public Prospect of making it big Lots of transparency Life-Work balance opportunity is good

Cons

The company has not yet started to grow at the fast pace desired, and thus the opportunity of career growth has not yet picked up.

Pros

Management and colleagues are very understanding and supportive of ideas that cab improve your own role and increase efficiency within the team.

Cons

The management needs to hire more people in engineering. There are a lot of good ideas that iRise can benefit from if they get implemented soon enough.

Pros

The work environment encourages continuous improvement, which is certainly beneficial for the individuals involved. People are always open to trying out new things in terms of technologies and processes, and that gives every individual if he or she chooses to an opportunity to really stand out and sometimes contribute above and beyond what their role would normally require them to do.

Cons

While we have improved a lot in this regard, we can continue to get better on understanding customer needs and providing more visibility into what drives the product road-map.
