Hope that everyone will get what they deserve... and that's lots of good stuff. Great concept for this type of requirements management software. Onward...

Cons

Was driving by the Rosecrans location a few days ago. I saw that the iRise listing is no longer on the marquee in front of the Rosecrans building. The current iRise address in the building is "#100". Might be a mailbox.

Pros

When I first started iRise many years ago, it had a true "start up" mentality. Voices mattered and hard work was acknowledged. Lots of support for company bonding and the energy was great with open-door policy. The energy and appreciation fed into my drive to do whatever was asked of me and more.

Cons

Had to fight tooth and nail for growth opportunities. As years passed, it felt as though I was slowly getting underappreciated which reflected in compensation to market value.
