People are awesome, some of the brightest, most creative people you'll work around

Cons

Direction of the company is not clear, management does not communicate thoroughly. Always a question of layoffs

Pros

It's a great product, the people were nice enough for the most part, and there were some nice perks.

Cons

The egos of upper and middle-management were out-of-control... every week there was some type of panic about something. Hired some people who were not correct for the environment.
