Pros

Great team of really smart people, yet you get to work independently. Lots of travel opportunities and a chance to work with the latest technologies. One day you might be in Thailand, another day in the UK.

Cons

Lots of travel means less time at home, some months you may be traveling 100 percent. The employees usually book their own travel and logistics which can be time consuming if you are doing it every week. But the reimbursements are quick and hassle free.

Pros

Small company vibe, work from home, learn a lot. It pays well, and you get some great knowledge about solution selling.

Cons

Hard to get a good company culture working from home, go to market strategy may need to shift to stay relevant. Some people can difficult to work with, and the company historically values sales talent over all else.
